Delete your Yukzo account

Deleting your account removes your phone number, profile, credits, saves and play history. It can't be undone.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Yukzo and tap Me.
2. Tap Settings, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Email support@yukzo.com with the subject "Delete my account" and the phone number on the account. We'll text that number a code to confirm it's you, then delete the account within 7 days.

What's deleted and what's kept

• Deleted within 30 days: phone number, display name, emoji, credits and their history, saved games, likes, scores and play history.
• Kept: purchase records that tax law requires us to keep (up to 7 years). Games you published may stay in the feed without your name, because other players may have made versions of them. Email us if you want them removed too.

Deleting the account doesn't cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it first in your phone's subscription settings.
